Product

The Clearview C6 is an attractive aesthetically appealing solution, designed in a range of combinations to give a tailor made security solution.

Door Sections

The Clearview C6 consists of vertical links and horizontal aluminium tubes/sleeves, threaded onto horizontal aluminium bars. The carrier bars are made from steel, but can vary depending on the application requirements. The horizontal carrier rods are held in place using chrome dome nuts, this eliminates lateral movement within the grille and also reduces friction. The portcullis gives a maximum visibility of 89% per square metre.

Bottom Rail

A choice of bottom rails are available to suit all applications

Finish

The C6 can be supplied in either mill finish or polyester powder coated in a range of RAL/BS colours.

Nylon Link Rolling Shutter (S8)

Product

The C8 construction is of individual nylon moulded vertical links arranged in a brick bond pattern design. The nylon links are threaded onto a horizontal carrier bar, which is manufactured from 8mm steel rods depending upon size and application.

Finish

The nylon links are available in a range of colours. The side guides and bottom rail are finished in a colour coordinated polyester powder coating.

Bottom Rail

The bottom rail is a special aluminium extrusion, formed to act both as a stoping mechanism and a lifting handle during manual operation.

Operation

The C8 incorporates nylon end wheels, which reduce friction and noise ensuring a free, smooth operating movement. Centre locks are incorporated in the curtain and lock into the grille guide sections. (Locks are only supplied on manual operated grilles).

The C8 can be manually operated up to 3 metres wide x 3 metres high. For larger sizes we recommend electric operation, via a A/C motor, incorporating a manual hand crank facility for emergency use.

Side Guides

The nylon grille has aluminium or galvanised steel side guides which can be fixed in position or removable, to suit any application requirement.
