Product
The C3 Roller Shutter consists of fully interlocking aluminium laths. Due to the rigidity of the lath design, this range can be installed into larger openings, removing the need for removable posts.
The laths interlock and are securely held in place by nylon end locks, providing smooth trouble-free operation. The C3 can be manufactured in standard or reverse coil.
Bottom Rail
The C50 bottom rail is specially designed and may incorporate a bottom edge rubber strip, which serves a dual role in protecting specialist flooring from damage and sealing the lower edge preventing draughts.
Operation
The C3 can be operated by either, a single phase AC tubular motor that incorporates a manual override facility in case of emergencies, or an integral sprung barrel assisting manual operation. (Note: manual operation is restricted to specific applications depending on width).
Motor Barrel Assemblies
The shutter barrel, designed to prevent deflection, is formed from various diameter steel tubes, depending upon the width of the opening.
Finish
All parts are available in a polyester powder coat finish.

Product
The Clearview C7 punched and glazed rolling shutter is constructed using aluminium extrusion with a high quality acrylic panel insert. This product is extremely versatile in terms of design, with a selection of punching options available.
Door parts
The shutter curtain consists of 90mm x 14 gauge fully interlocking heat-treated alloy laths, which are specially extruded to our specifications. The C7 Rolling shutter can be manufactured to allow for a reverse coil capability, which offers a vast range of solutions during planning stages.
Bottom Rail
A specially extruded aluminium bottom rail can incorporate a rubber seal which serves a dual role, protecting specialist flooring from damage and weather sealing the lower edge of the rolling shutter.
Operation
The C7 is electrically operated by a single phase AC tubular motor that incorporates a manual override. Manual operation is available for small shutters.
Finish
The C7 can be supplied in a range of polyester powder coated finishes.
