Steel Doors (S9) from Solex Manufacturing

Frame

Produced from rolled hollow steel section 100mm x 50mm x 3mm with fully welded mitred corners and 20mm high formed thresh.

Doors

Produced from rolled hollow steel section with integral flanges and fully welded mitred corners. Outer and inner skins of 2mm thick galvanised steel sheets are standard with insulation achieved by medium density rockwool.

Furniture

A 5 lever sash deadlock complete with lever handles is supplied as standard.

Finish

Each door and frame is supplied as standard with a high zinc rich powder coated finish. If required a powder coated colour finish to either a BS standard or RAL number can be applied.

Options

A large range of additional furniture can be supplied as concealed or surface mounted hydraulic door closes, door stays, panic exit hardware, additional locks, electric latches, electric magnets with integral key switch release which can be incorporated into an existing door entry system. Card and key fob access systems are also available. Automatic opening and closing systems can be provided.

Various types of glazing such as laminated single or double glazing or Marguard can be incorporated into the doors. Side screens and fanlights can also be glazed and designed to accommodate customer’s requirements.
